When we started, Ballinderry was a beautiful Georgian estate with a booking problem — leaning on OTAs that took a cut of every stay and kept the guest relationship. We rebuilt the website around conversion, ran paid and organic campaigns aimed squarely at weddings, hen parties, group getaways and corporate retreats, and put the whole operation on the Steward platform.
Roughly €13,000 in ads generated 64 enquiries — 92% of them direct through Ballinderry’s own website. Twenty tailored quotes worth €101,000 went out and 13 converted into booked events — a 65% close rate and €78,489 in event revenue.
