Pricing

Half what the marketplaces take. Everything included.

Booking.com and Airbnb take around 15% of every booking and keep the guest. Steward takes 7.5% of what you book through it, and you keep the guest, the website, the CRM and the calendar. No software fee. No commission on anything else.

A marketplace
15%

of every booking, and they keep the guest. Next year’s stay costs you 15% again.

Steward
7.5%

of what you book through your own site, and you keep the guest, the website, the CRM and the calendar. Floor €500 a month, cap €3,500.

The whole price list

Four lines. Nothing else on the invoice.

01

7.5% of what you book through Steward

Half the marketplace rate. On accommodation, venue fees, exclusive use and experiences paid through the platform. Food and drink are never counted. A €500 monthly floor keeps the lights on; a €3,500 monthly cap keeps it fair however big the house gets.

02

A demand pack, ad spend at cost

Pick at least one for your first six months. Every euro goes to Google and Meta; we take nothing on top. The work of running it is covered by the 7.5%.

03

Experiences: you earn 25% on every add-on

Murder mysteries, woodworking, cocktails, falconry. Providers from the Steward network, added to a package in one click. The provider keeps half, you keep a quarter, Steward keeps a quarter. Nothing to pay.

04

€4,000 for the website, once

A full site built around the booking: landing pages for every event type, configurators wired to your rate card, your photography. €1,000 to start, the balance spread across the first year.

Demand packs

Pick what you want more of. We tell you the budget.

Each pack is an ad budget, nothing else. You commit to at least one for your first six months so the demand is there to see. Every euro goes to the campaigns; the work of running them is already paid for.

Experiences

A quarter of every add-on, for a click.

Every experience booked through the network is split three ways. The provider names a net price; the platform sells it at double. You earn on evenings you never had to organise.

Questions

The ones every owner asks.

What counts towards the 7.5%?
Accommodation, venue and exclusive-use fees, and experiences, when they are paid through Steward. Food and drink never count. Repeat guests count in year two: they are on the platform, and the second booking is where the platform earns its keep.
Why is there a floor and a cap?
The €500 floor means a quiet month still covers your support and your site. The €3,500 cap means a house that books a million euro a year pays no more than one that books €560k. Half the marketplace rate is a promise, and the cap is what keeps it honest.
Is ad spend included?
No, and there is nothing on top of it either. You commit a budget for at least one pack for six months; it is billed at cost, straight to your campaigns. Running it is our job and it is paid for by the 7.5%.
What does the €4,000 website cover?
A full marketing site on Steward: home, the landing pages for your event types, stays, gallery, contact, menus, and the booking configurators, with your photography, copy and structured data. A €1,000 deposit starts it; the balance can be spread across the first year.
Do I have to leave Booking.com and Airbnb?
No. Steward connects to them and keeps the calendar right everywhere. The point is that your own site becomes the channel that wins, so the marketplaces become the quiet-week backup rather than the landlord.
Who owns what?
The platform, software and templates are Steward's, licensed to you for the term. Your content, data, bookings and guest relationships are yours at all times and exportable.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically six to eight weeks from signing to a live site with the platform running underneath it, including migrating your existing bookings and connecting channels. It starts with a free site visit.

The comparison that matters

A marketplace takes 15% of every booking and keeps the guest. Steward takes half that, and the guest is yours for life.
