Flagship case study
Ballinderry Park: from marketplace tenant to its own best channel.
A 41-acre Georgian estate at Ballinasloe, County Galway, sleeping 50 across a manor, a coach house and a glamping village. Live on Steward since March 2026.
All figures from the platform’s own quote, lead and payment tables on 13 September 2026. Contract value counts quotes with a paid deposit and excludes cancellations.
Where it started
A beautiful estate with a website that described the house and asked people to email. Enquiries arrived by phone and marketplace message. Weekends sold; weekdays didn't. Nobody knew which ad had produced which booking, because nothing connected the click to the deposit.
What we built
A site rebuilt around conversion with a landing page per intent and a configurator per event type. The whole operation moved onto Steward: leads, quotes, payments, calendar, channels, guest hubs and messaging. Demand pointed at weddings, hen parties, group getaways and corporate retreats, with the click ID carried to the ledger.
What happened
Sixty-three events with a paid deposit in six months, €269k of contract value, 376 enquiries in the trailing year, a median of 1.2 days from quote to deposit, and a forward book that reaches August 2027. Two people run it.
Where the money came from
Booked by month, and the funnel behind it.
August 2026 alone took 21 deposits worth €103k, the month the corporate landing pages and the Christmas party campaign went live on top of the hen and group-stay engine.
Hen parties convert at 53% from lead to deposit; group stays at 23%. Weddings and corporate retreats have longer cycles and bigger tickets: corporate enquiries average €7.1k and weddings €10.5k at the point of enquiry.
Sixty-six leads carried a Google Ads click ID; eleven of them paid a deposit. That is the 9.6×.

“They filled our pipeline with €500K worth of leads in two months.”
“What a perfect location. Would highly recommend.”
