This website

We collect what you type into the contact form (name, email, venue, message) to reply to you. We use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. We do not sell or share this data.

The platform

When a venue runs on Steward, that venue is the data controller for its guests' data and Steward processes it on the venue's behalf under a data processing agreement. Guest data lives in the venue's own accounts (Convex, Stripe, Clerk) in the EU where available and is exportable by the venue at any time.

Cookies

This website sets no marketing cookies. Session cookies may be set by the sign-in provider when a venue's staff log in to their dashboard.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing, by emailing the address above. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ireland.
